With the widespread use of SPARKULAR, the standardized use of SPARKULAR is becoming more and more important to ensure the safety of operators, audiences and property. Below is a general safety notice, for each specific model we have a more detailed description of the safety in the operator’s manual. Please read this SAFETY NOTICE sheet and operator’s manual carefully before operating SHOWVEN SPARKULAR® and follow the safety rules.

  • Keep audience and flammable material at a minimum distance from SPARKULAR®, different models the safety distance varies, normally from 1-3m. please check the manual of each SPARKULAR model to get the detailed safety distance.
  • Make sure sparks shoot out from SPARKULAR® can NOT touch any objects. Keep a clearance with a minimum of 1-2m from the setting maximum effect height.
  • Strictly prohibited SPARKULAR from firing towards flammable decorations such as artificial flowers, silk, foam, etc, or nonfire retardent confetti.
  • The safety zone area changes accordingly when the machine is installed in a tilt position. Please increase the safety distance in the direction in which the machine tilts.
  • Sparks and consumables from the machine can lead to a serious eye injury. Always wear safety goggles when entering the safety zone.
  • Covering the output nozzle of SPARKULAR® is forbidden, inspect the machine before each show, make sure no objects or material will block the output nozzle.
  • There will be some sparks dropping to the ground, make sure there are no flammable objects such as carpet on the ground with a radius of 3m close to the machine.
  • Never touch the sparks and nozzle of SPARKULAR®, danger of getting burnt.

Examples of extremely flammable articles:

Artificial flowers, Silk-like decorations/curtains, Wedding dresses, Nonfire retardent confetti, Flammable liquids etc. are extremely flammable articles according to our knowledge, so when there are those types of articles in the region where use SPARKULAR, please do pay special attention and keep those flammable articles out of the safety distance of SPARKULAR.
